The Mobile App: Built for Between Sets
The Saker mobile app does one thing really well: it gets out of your way while you train. You open it, you see today's session, you log your sets, and you move on.
No social feed. No achievement pop-ups. No "streak" guilt. Just the workout.
If you are following a structured plan, the app shows you exactly what is scheduled: exercise, sets, reps, RPE target, and rest periods. You execute the session and log the actuals. If you are training freeform, you can log anything on the fly.
The mobile app is free. We wanted the daily logging tool to be completely frictionless, because the data you generate on the floor is what makes the rest of the system so powerful.
SAKER PRO: The Desktop Lab
This is where it gets interesting. SAKER PRO is a desktop application that takes your training history and handles the heavy sports-science math that usually requires a messy spreadsheet.
We're talking volume load curves across mesocycles, DOTS score tracking, Epley 1RM estimates for your main lifts, and dual Acute:Chronic Workload Ratios (ACWR) to make sure your mechanical lifting load isn't interfering with your metabolic running load.
SAKER PRO also reads .fit files directly from your Garmin or Zwift. Drag a file in, and instantly see your heart rate zones, power curves, and pace data contextualized against your strength work. No cloud processing for the files -- the deep analytics run locally on your machine.
It costs $49. One time. You own the license forever. No subscription fatigue.
The Plan Builder and The AI Coach
Let's talk about how planning actually works in Saker, because we do things differently.
We don't use AI to spit out generic, cookie-cutter templates. When it's time to build a new block, you use our web-based Plan Builder to map out your mesocycle on a proper screen, or you brainstorm with an outside AI (like ChatGPT) and drop a pre-made .saker plan file into the system.
Where our local AI comes in is the Coaching Analysis.
Once your plan is loaded into SAKER PRO, our local AI coach looks at it alongside your actual logged data. It knows your true volume tolerance. It knows your recent ACWR trends. Most importantly, it knows your injury history. If you have an active shoulder issue logged, and your new plan calls for heavy barbell benching, the AI will flag it and suggest a safer substitution before you ever unrack the bar.
Plan on the web. Execute on your phone. Analyze and adjust on your desktop.
Zero Lock-In
We use a cloud account to make sure your phone, web builder, and desktop app stay perfectly synced in real-time. But we don't hold your history hostage.
Everything in Saker is exportable at any time. Your sessions, your plans, your analysis. Export your programs as portable .saker files or dump your raw history to CSV. Process it with your own scripts. Move it to another tool if you outgrow us.
You did the work. You own the numbers.

Why We Built Saker
We got tired of copying numbers into spreadsheets just to see our own trends. So we built the tool we actually wanted to use.
AI-Built Training Plans, Actually Tracked
Tell an AI about your bad knee, your 5K goal, and your four-week deadline. Now you need somewhere to put that plan. That is where Saker comes in.
