How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, your SAKER PRO license will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to the software or any future updates. Any data created within the application will remain on your local machine.

Exceptions

This refund policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website. If you purchased SAKER PRO through a third-party platform or reseller, their refund policies may apply.
